Mailboxes.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Any changes will be posted on the website, and your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

By visiting or using the Mailboxes.com website, you agree that the laws of the State of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any kind that may arise between you and Mailboxes.com.
Your Account:
If you order from the Mailboxes.com website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You are also responsible for restricting access to your computer and other devices and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Mailboxes.com reserves the right to terminate accounts or refuse orders at its sole discretion.
Prices:
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Mailboxes.com makes every effort to ensure that pricing information is current and accurate. However, all pricing information on the website is subject to change without notice.
By placing an order to purchase a product, you agree to pay the purchase price stated on the Mailboxes.com website at the time the order is placed.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, programming or other error, Mailboxes.com reserves the right to cancel the order. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, Mailboxes.com will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount charged.
Payment:
Payment must be included with orders from new customers and with custom orders. If a minimum 50% deposit is received on an order, the remaining balance is due prior to shipment. Custom orders require full payment in advance.
Purchase orders are accepted from institutions, government agencies and companies with a satisfactory Dun & Bradstreet rating. Approved credit orders are due 30 days from the date of invoice (Net 30).
All major credit cards are accepted.
Shipping:
All prices are Freight on Board (FOB) factory. Freight charges may be prepaid, collected or prepaid and added to the invoice, subject to approved credit.
Most products are in inventory and ship within 1–2 business days after receipt of an order. Large and/or custom orders may require additional processing time and may be drop shipped from separate locations. Specific shipping dates cannot be guaranteed.
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and other expedited delivery services are available upon request. Rates depend on the weight, size, destination and products ordered.
If an order exceeds applicable size or weight limitations, motor freight may be used. Freight delivery is curbside. Inside delivery and lift-gate service may be arranged for an additional charge.
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax), import duties and/or other taxes imposed when an order reaches its final destination.
When necessary, equipment may be banded and stretch-wrapped to pallets. Once delivered to the transportation company, shipments become the property of the purchaser. Before accepting delivery, any visible damage should be noted on the bill of lading.
Shipping promotions apply only to orders within the continental United States and exclude special handling charges and expedited shipping.
Materials:
Descriptions and specifications contained on the website are subject to change and may be periodically updated. Mailboxes.com reserves the right to discontinue products or change product specifications or designs at any time without notice and without incurring liability.
Listed product weights are approximate shipping weights.
Installation:
Most products are shipped assembled and ready for installation. Framing materials and fasteners are the responsibility of the customer or contractor.
When products are intended for USPS access, customers should consult their local postal authorities regarding applicable approval and current installation requirements.
Quotations:
Individual quotations are valid for 30 days. Mailboxes.com reserves the right to modify or withdraw a quotation at any time and for any reason.
Mailboxes.com is not responsible for discrepancies that are overlooked during the customer's review of a quotation.
Mailboxes.com also reserves the right to decline an order, in whole or in part, for any reason.
Dealers:
Dealers are not employees of Salsbury Industries. Dealers are independent contractors whose relationship with Salsbury Industries is that of a customer.
Promotions:
Promotional offers are available for a limited time and are valid only while supplies last. Promotional offers cannot be redeemed for cash, reproduced, modified, sold, traded or replaced.
Promotional offers are not valid on previous purchases or returns and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise specified.
Promotional offers may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.
All purchases made through Mailboxes.com are subject to these Terms and Conditions or any equivalent terms posted on the website, which may be updated from time to time.

Returns:
Returned goods will not be accepted without a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued by Mailboxes.com.

Products must be returned in their original shipping cartons within 15 days of receipt and are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
Custom orders and orders with options cannot be cancelled and will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.

Warranty:
Salsbury Industries provides a 3-year limited warranty to the original purchaser.
The 3-year limited warranty is extended to 5 years for the 3300 Series Cluster Box Units (CBUs), Regency® CBUs, Outdoor Parcel Lockers (OPLs), and the 3700, 3800 and 3900 Series 4C horizontal mailboxes.
Salsbury Industries' warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship if reported in writing to Salsbury Industries within 3 years of the delivery date, or within 5 years for the products covered by the extended warranty.
This warranty is limited to the cost of the products and does not include installation costs, expedited shipping costs, transportation-related damage or neglect, damage caused by adverse weather conditions, misuse or alterations by the customer.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. As a result, these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
Salsbury Industries may, at its option, repair or replace defective products.
