What is Standard USPS-STD-4C?
The USPS introduced the USPS-STD-4C standard to improve mailbox security and parcel delivery. It replaces traditional cube compartments with flat compartments and requires integrated or stand-alone parcel lockers. At least one parcel locker is required for every five tenant compartments.
