Yes, I read the description and thought I was ordering a "good" mailbox. It's better than your words indicate. Heavy aluminum, durable components, excellent powder coat. Sweet.
Also, whoever designed you packaging did a nice job - it got here without a scratch.
Perhaps though you might consider an expanded selection of custom colors. For an upcharge. We made a metal post with a decorative cast iron insert and are debating sandblasting and powder coating all at our local shop to make it truly custom. |

I have no areas that Salsbury needs to improvement. I was very happy with product quality and workmanship. all parts fit together perfectly and was very happy to see that Salsbury paid attention to even the small detail by including nut covers to give my mailbox post that last added touch after all assembled.
